Job summary

Kaiser Permanente Northwest is seeking a Reception/Cashier in Beaverton to support the dental office operations. Under supervision, you will manage check-in/out, schedule appointments, process patient data, handle payments, and assist with charting and flow of patient care.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months health care/dental care or cash handling and/or customer service in a high-volume environment.
• Current KP Coalition employees have this experience waived.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to switch tasks frequently.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and manage check-in/check-out.
• Maintain daily schedule, update visit slips, and ensure patient flow.
• Answer staff questions and relay information to support treatment and patient care.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with bank deposits as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and organizational records.
