Affinity Dental Management is seeking an energetic Dental Receptionist to join our multi-practice network across NY, MA, CT, and VT. You will be the warm first impression, manage scheduling, and keep the front desk running smoothly for a diverse patient base.

The role is full-time with benefits after 30 days. Experience with dental software like Dentrix, Denticon, or EagleSoft is a plus, and you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment that prioritizes patient care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year dental front desk experience (2+ is a plus)
• Comfort with dental software like Dentrix / Denticon/ Eagelsoft (preferred)
• Typing accuracy around 40 WPM
• Ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and handle pace with a good attitude

Responsibilities

• Being the first impression - warm greeting, confident communication, smooth check-in/out
• Owning the phones: schedule, confirm, reschedule, problem-solve
• Keeping patient info accurate and moving quickly in the system
• Helping patients understand next steps (including case/treatment presentation support when needed)
• Handling basic front desk financial tasks like credit transactions
• Keeping the front office organized, efficient, and professional - even on the busiest days
