Responsibilities

• Support PPE by encouraging patient visits and continuing connection during visits.
• Schedule appointments for smooth, productive days.
• Interact with patients in the reception area during wait times.
• Answer phones promptly and handle calls efficiently.
• Post payments to patient accounts per policy.
• Act as SME in the practice management system for patient registration and check-in.
• Notify back office of patient arrivals with pertinent information.
• Confirm patient appointments at least 2 days in advance.
• Ensure messages from the Contact Center are resolved promptly.
• Participate in daily huddles and team meetings.
• Understand how role impacts key metrics.
