Job summary

Siskiyou Community Health Center in Cave Junction is seeking a Medical Patient Services Representative to greet patients, support front desk operations, complete registrations, verify information, and coordinate appointments including same-day visits and lab services.

The full-time, non-exempt role offers a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, pay range $17.33–$24.24 per hour DOE, and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, retirement, PTO, family leave).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months related experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish oral and written skills preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support front desk operations: phones, scheduling, check-in and check-out.
• Complete patient registration and verify information.
• Coordinate appointments including same-day visits and labs.
• Assist with administrative tasks and documentation.
