Great Expressions Dental Centers is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients in the Rochester, MI practice. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle general administrative tasks to support a positive patient experience.

You will coordinate with dental staff to optimize scheduling, verify insurance information, collect payments, and respond to inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of receptionist or customer service experience in healthcare.
• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare administration training is a plus.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and provide a warm welcome at the dental office.
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
• Update patient information and maintain accurate records.
• Collect co-pays and coordinate billing with insurance providers.
• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Prepare patients for visits and ensure a smooth patient flow.
