Qualifications

• 2-3 years of front desk experience preferred.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, self-motivated with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk with a friendly attitude.
• Verify insurance and schedule appointments.
• Answer phones and assist patients with billing questions.
• Submit insurance claims with proper attachments.
• Follow up on unscheduled care and treatment appointments.
