Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/out procedures with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries following office policies.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; maintain the appointment book.
• Assist with patient financial arrangements and billing processes.
• Post charges and payments to patient accounts and monitor queues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming waiting area.
