Qualifications

• Experience in dental/medical offices preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurance plans a plus.
• Experience answering telephone and directing patient inquiries.
• Exceptional customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival and departure.
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions per office policies.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment book.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on no-shows or cancellations.
• Register patients and process basic charges and payments.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming waiting area and ensure patient comfort.
