Job summary

Dental Associates of Florida - Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist in Sun City, FL to join our clinical team. The role focuses on exceptional patient service, answering calls, scheduling, and assisting with treatment planning while coordinating with the Office Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a dental, medical, or other health-care office preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus.
• Experience answering telephone.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries per policies.
• Schedule and manage appointments.
• Maintain appointment book and confirm upcoming visits.
• Follow up on no-shows or cancellations.
• Register patients at sign-in and process forms.
• Post charges and payments to patient accounts.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming waiting area.
