The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years front desk experience, basic insurance knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to sit/stand for long periods while supporting smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of front desk experience or relevant role.
• Familiarity with insurance processes is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and maintain accurate records.
• Answer incoming calls, forward messages and manage emails.
