You are a proactive team player with strong communication and organizational skills, able to manage records, calls, emails, and marketing assistance as needed, while maintaining a welcoming office environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of proven experience as front desk representative or relevant position.
• Familiarity with office machines (fax, printer, etc.).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and assist patients.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients to the dental office.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.
• Answering incoming calls and redirecting or messaging.
• Check, sort and forward emails; keep front desk tidy.
• Able to work 4-5 days per week (Tue–Fri with a rotating Monday).
• As needed, coordinate other office responsibilities.
