Job summary

Reflection Dental Group in Lombard, IL is seeking an experienced Lead Front Desk / Practice Leader who wants to help build the practice, lead the team, improve systems, elevate the patient experience, and contribute to the continued growth of the office. We are Hiring a Leader First — Administrator Second.

This role focuses on working ON the practice, not just answering phones, with a focus on improving systems, communications, and accountability across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental front-desk and/or clinical experience.
• Previous chairside experience is required.
• Strong understanding of the dental office workflow and patient experience.
• Demonstrated leadership or initiative in a previous position.
• A history of taking responsibility and adding value to a previous practice or organization.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to confidently interact with patients, doctors, and team members.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Spanish bilingual is a major plus.
