Qualifications

• Prior dental or medical front desk experience required.
• Experience with dental insurance verification and benefit coordination.
• Familiarity with dental practice management software OpenDental.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front desk experience
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits prior to patient appointments
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
• Collect co-pays, process payments, and manage patient billing inquiries
• Accurately enter and maintain patient demographic and insurance information in the system
• Communicate insurance coverage details clearly to patients and clinical staff
• Answer multi-line phones and respond to patient inquiries in a timely, courteous manner
