• Familiarity with dental software and Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new programs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Verify benefits and prepare treatment estimates.
• Review finances with patients and coordinate treatment.
• Handle co-payments, insurance verification, and daily reporting.
• Administrative duties such as sorting mail and scanning documents.
• Answer calls, provide information, and schedule/confirm appointments.
• Explain dental procedures, policies, and services to patients.
• Present financial arrangements with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage appointments, cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals.
