Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
• Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication
• Schedule patient appointments and help meet daily goals
• Answer phones and confirm appointments
• Greet and check-in patients
• Verify dental benefits accurately
• Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced office
• Process payments and co-payments
• Prepare insurance claims and pre-authorizations
• Pull charts for future appointments and keep the space organized
