Job summary

Familia Dental is seeking a friendly, patient-focused Front Desk Receptionist for our Midland, TX office on a part-time basis. The role is the first point of contact for patients, managing check-ins, insurance verification, scheduling, and daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced dental practice.

Ideal candidates are energetic, organized, and capable of multitasking while delivering warm, professional patient service. Training is provided, and benefits are available for part-time employees.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer/patient service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand information and present to patients.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience with dental management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients.
• Answer the phone and schedule appointments.
• Maintain patient accounts and records.
• Follow HIPAA and OSHA regulations; maintain confidentiality.
• Verify insurance and submit claims.
• Attend morning huddles and office meetings.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Support other tasks as assigned.
