Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous dental office or healthcare experience preferred.
• Denticon software experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor office staff to deliver quality patient care.
• Schedule staff to maintain patient flow and service levels.
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care and insurance submissions.
• Explain financing options and payment plans to patients.
• Work closely with doctors to coordinate patient care and staff training.
• Understand and explain insurance benefits and financial options in non-clinical terms.
• Maintain a neat, organized workspace and ensure follow-up visits.
• Protect confidentiality of patient information.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct staff meetings, huddles, and performance reviews.
