Job summary

Western Dental/Brident Offices in Los Angeles is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee back-office staff, coordinate scheduling and ensure patient satisfaction.

You will supervise 8–12 team members, participate in hiring, and maintain patient flow while upholding OSHA and safety standards.

Must hold a current X-Ray License (or commit to obtaining within six months); competitive benefits apply to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Supervise 8–12 team members, delegate tasks and hold staff accountable.
• Knowledge of dental equipment, OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Must have a current X-Ray License or agree to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all back office staff including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Participate in hiring, selection and retention for back office staff.
• Manage patient flow and ensure patient satisfaction in coordination with Dentists.
• Monitor schedules and sign-in sheets to optimize patient throughput.
• Ensure sterilization of office and equipment is up to standard under policy.
• Maintain patient treatment records and lead monthly operational meetings.
• Prioritize Ultimate Patient Experience (UPE) in daily operations.
