Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team of 8–12 staff with accountability.
• Working knowledge of dental equipment and OSHA/safety compliance.
• Current X-Ray License or plan to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise back office staff, including scheduling, training and evaluations.
• Participate in hiring decisions and staff retention for back office.
• Manage patient flow and ensure patient satisfaction and accurate records.
• Monitor sterilization of office and equipment per policies.
• Lead monthly operational meetings and uphold UPE.
