Job summary

Medline Canada is seeking a field service technician to ensure the on-site dental equipment operates correctly. You will diagnose, repair, install, and support maintenance contracts for client equipment, while maintaining excellent service levels and clear communication with sales and service coordinators.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of repair experience across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, plus related certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in equipment repair.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, electronics, pneumatic, hydraulic and/or plumbing recommended.
• Certification or degree in related field is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer service by responding quickly to service requests.
• Keep commitments to customers and internal colleagues; listen and communicate effectively.
• Document equipment problems and repairs; organize parts and tools as needed.
• Sell maintenance contracts and support installation of new equipment.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in ongoing training.
