Henry Schein, a world-class healthcare organization, seeks a Brasseler DSM I with a proven B2B sales record. You will drive gross profit, promote Brasseler products, and manage key customer relationships while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Travel is expected; 52k–72k base with potential commission. Onsite with field activities, requiring strong communication and CRM usage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of sales performance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsabilités

• Achieve Gross Profit Target for Territory through sales achievement.
• Present, promote and sell products using Brasseler value proposition to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Utilize CRM system to manage sales funnel.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
