St. George Medical Clinic (SGMC) is seeking an experienced Dental Director to provide clinical leadership, oversee dental operations, develop a high-performing dental team, and expand access to high-quality, comprehensive oral health care throughout the community.

The Dental Director will advance SGMC’s mission by promoting clinical excellence, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement.

Competenze

• DDS or DMD degree from CODA-accredited dental school.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in West Virginia.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical leadership and supervise dental staff.
• Oversee dental operations, scheduling, and on-call coverage.
• Lead QA/QI initiatives and ensure patient safety and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with CMO/CEO on strategic planning and program development.
• Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for the dental program.
