Job summary

Enable Dental, Inc. is seeking a Community Relations Manager to connect our dental services with communities in need, especially home health care and hospice patients.

You will manage relationships with senior living facilities, healthcare providers, and community organizations to boost referrals and awareness. You will drive marketing initiatives, attend events, and present our offerings to potential partners while leveraging CRM to track interactions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in marketing/communications preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in community relations, healthcare sales, or marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience with CRM software and managing multiple leads/relationships.
• Knowledge of dental services and healthcare landscape is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with senior living facilities, healthcare providers, and community organizations to increase awareness and referrals.
• Execute marketing initiatives, attend community events, and present offerings to partners.
• Use CRM tools to track interactions, monitor relationships, and report on activities.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth transitions for new patients and high service standards.
• Gather feedback from partners to improve services.
