Enable Dental, Inc. seeks a Community Relations Manager to connect our dental services with communities in need, especially home health care and hospice clients.

You will build partnerships with senior living facilities, healthcare providers, and community groups to grow referrals and access. The role combines outreach with CRM-driven relationship management and marketing initiatives, requiring 3+ years of experience, a driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to travel.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in community relations, healthcare sales, or marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Must have a reliable vehicle for travel and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background checks as required.

Responsabilidades

• Build and nurture relationships with senior living facilities, healthcare providers, and community organizations to increase awareness and referrals for our dental services.
• Execute marketing initiatives to promote our services, including attending community events and presenting our offerings to potential partners.
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, monitor relationships, and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
• Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth transitions for new patients and high standards of service delivery.
• Gather feedback from community partners and use it to continuously improve our services.
