Enable Dental, Inc. is seeking a Community Relations Manager to connect our dental services with communities in need, especially home health care and hospice patients.

You will manage relationships with senior living facilities, healthcare providers, and community organizations to boost referrals and awareness. You will drive marketing initiatives, attend events, and present our offerings to potential partners while leveraging CRM to track interactions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in marketing/communications preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in community relations, healthcare sales, or marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience with CRM software and managing multiple leads/relationships.
• Knowledge of dental services and healthcare landscape is desirable.

Enable Dental is in search of an enthusiastic Community Relations Manager who will be instrumental in connecting our dental services with communities in need, particularly focusing on patients receiving home health care and hospice services. This role encapsulates both relationship management and community outreach, aiming to enhance the visibility and accessibility of our dental care offerings.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Building and nurturing relationships with key personnel at senior living facilities, healthcare providers, and community organizations to increase awareness and referrals for our dental services.
• Executing marketing initiatives to promote our services, including attending community events and presenting our offerings to potential partners.
• Utilizing CRM tools to track interactions, monitor relationships, and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
• Working collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth transitions for new patients and high standards of service delivery.
• Gathering feedback from community partners and using it to continuously improve our services.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma is required; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community relations, healthcare sales, or marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Experience with CRM software and the ability to manage multiple relationships and leads.
• Knowledge of dental services and the healthcare landscape is highly desirable.
• Must have a reliable vehicle for travel and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background checks as required.

Compensation:

Enjoy a competitive base salary of $75,000 PLUS uncapped Bonus Structure!!
