Job summary

Wesley Health Centers - JWCH Institute, Inc. seeks a Clinic Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and monitor operational and financial aspects while leading clinic staff to deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care.

The role collaborates with the Clinic Administrator to direct support services and personnel. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and contributing to space planning, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred with minimum three years in healthcare management.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and local funding for health services.
• Experience working with diverse patient and staff populations.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is mandatory.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and QA processes.
• Vaccination and booster status against COVID-19 as per JWCH policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in planning, coordinating, and monitoring operational and financial aspects of Wesley Health Center.
• Supervise staff to ensure efficient duties, orientation, training, coaching, and staff satisfaction.
• Coordinate providers’ schedules and manage patient appointment access.
