Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dental clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow, quality service, and timely access to care.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize provider and staff schedules.
• Collaborate with the Dental Director to evaluate clinic performance and operational goals.
• Monitor clinic productivity and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and arrange coverage to maintain appropriate clinic operations.
• Manage staff responsibilities and performance with the Dental Director.
• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development for staff.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
• Support patient service and timely resolution of patient concerns.
• Provide front-office or dental assistant coverage when needed.
• Manage invoices and vendor relationships.
