Job summary

DENISON DENTISTRY & BRACES seeks an Operations Manager to lead clinic staff and support doctors in delivering high-quality patient care. You will coordinate schedules, oversee accounts payable, and drive staff development while upholding our core values and policies.

You will train teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance within fast-paced dental practices. ADO guidance provided for promotions and terminations as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in dental/healthcare management.
• 3+ years experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Practice Staff and support Doctors.
• Coordinate office schedules and review times.
• Manage accounts payable and end-of-month activities.
• Hire staff and conduct GWC reviews with guidance from the ADO.
• Provide coaching and conflict resolution to staff and patients.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, safety, and infection control compliance.
