Missouri Highlands Health Care is seeking a Dental Clinic Manager (Exempt) to work with the Dental Director and Executive Assistant to oversee clinical quality, patient safety, and daily operations of the dental clinic in Missouri Highlands Health Care. This role emphasizes recruitment, personnel management, and process improvement.

The manager will implement policies, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staff performance, and coordinate education and meetings while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications

• Three-five years of experience in dental clinic environment.
• Must maintain current BLS CPR certification.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively with administration and providers to carry out the organization’s goals.
• Assumes responsibility for clinical quality improvement activities and associated reports.
• Assumes responsibility for group practice management and process improvement projects.
• Perform the clinical staff competencies of all licensed staff.
• Implement clinic workflow solutions.
• Provide feedback to clinic staff with supporting documentation as needed.
• Participate in functional rounds with Dental Director.
• Develop or revise policies and procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and data privacy.
