Job summary

PDS Health is hiring a Healthcare Coordinator to support Murrieta Modern Dentistry. You will work with supported dentists to obtain financial commitments and guide patients through treatment choices, ensuring a positive Patient Experience (PPE) and Patient for Life (PFL).

Responsibilities include presenting financial options, overcoming objections, coordinating with clinicians, and maintaining compliant records while supporting a productive schedule and excellent care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Travel between offices may be required.
• Preferred: coursework or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Dentists to secure financial commitment for treatment.
• Educate patients on treatment options and resolve objections.
• Proficient in PDS system and tools to assist patient decisions.
• HC handoff with clinicians on each exam.
• Serve as subject matter expert on financial options for care.
