Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Travel between offices may be required.
• Preferred coursework or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business.
• Knowledge of office practices, technology, and patient insurances.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Dentists in guiding patients to start treatment with urgency.
• Explain financial options and assist with case acceptance.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and address objections.
• Maintain PPE and create a Positive Patient Experience.
• Support daily scheduling and keep clinicians productive.
• Be the subject matter expert on available financial options.
• Handle pre-authorizations for insurance as needed.
• Contribute to office compliance with policies and regulations.
• Participate in daily huddles and monthly team meetings.
• Be thorough and share best operational practices.
