This role emphasizes PPE and PFL, builds patient trust, and requires strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills in a fast-paced dental office environment in Merced, CA.

Responsibilities

• Achieve proficiency in PDS system and tools to assist patients in decision making.
• Executes the HC Handoff with clinicians on every exam patient.
• Subject Matter Expert on available financial options to fit patient budgets.
• Overcome common patient objections to starting treatment.
• Arrange insurance pre-authorizations as needed.
• Ensure the office exemplifies the Comprehensive Care Model and makes referrals.
• Participate in daily huddles and team meetings as required.
• Demonstrate stewardship of the PDS Brand in decisions.
