Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Travel may be required between offices.

Responsibilities

• Gain a financial commitment from the patient to start the dentistry the Dentist is diagnosing for.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and available options.
• Overcome common patient objections to starting treatment.
• Obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations for patients before completing treatment.
• Support the office in delivering a comprehensive patient experience (PPE) and creating Patients for Life (PFL).
• Maintain knowledge of the Mouth Body Connection and support clinical excellence.
