Rock Dental Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison between our practices and patients, efficiently scheduling appointments and resolving issues to maintain a positive patient experience. You will handle incoming calls for consultations, triage emergencies, accept payments, and represent our clinics professionally.

You will schedule patients, assist with research inquiries, and participate in team huddles, contributing to a collaborative environment that values

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills with ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls relating to new patient consultations and scheduling.
• Maintain exceptional call quality and quantity standards.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Determine inquiries for forwarding or transfer for assistance.
• Process routine claims in non-technical mailboxes as assigned.
• Outbound calling to assist clinics with scheduling.
• Attend and contribute to team huddles and meetings.
