The ideal candidate will have dental office experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with scheduling tools, contributing to a supportive, efficient patient journey from first contact onward.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dental office is required or preferred.
• Clear, professional communication in person, by phone and email.
• Ability to manage schedules and patient inquiries with discretion.
• Familiarity with dental terminology and privacy regulations is a plus.
