Job summary

Willamette Dental in Albany is seeking a Care Advocate to partner with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional service. You will coordinate scheduling, communicate with patients, doctors and staff, and support treatment recalls and provider recommendations.

Responsibilities include managing payments, updating insurance data, maintaining charts, and answering patient questions about their care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary coursework desirable.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Healthcare or dental clinic experience and HIPAA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow and scheduling with clinicians and staff.
• Communicate treatment plans and recalls to patients.
• Handle payments and balance daily ledger; deposit duties.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and insurance information.
• Triage emergency/call requests and coordinate referrals.
