• Submit insurance pre-determinations with required documentation and track status.
• Provide clear estimates of patient responsibility and explain insurance differences vs guarantees of payment.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve insurance questions and scheduling impacts.
• Assist with insurance payments processing as needed and audit EOBs for accuracy.
