Choice Healthcare Services is seeking a Back Office Lead / Registered Dental Lead in Fresno, CA. The role oversees back office audits, policy enforcement, and staff training, while supporting dental care delivery and compliance with standards.

The position oversees scheduling, inventory, and externship training, with focus on efficient office flow and patient throughput. California RDA license and X-ray/BLS certifications are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Certification from a dental college OR 3–6 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
• 1+ years of dental back office lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Back Office staff: supervise and train new and current employees.
• Review charts daily in Open Dental for accurate data entry.
• Address daily audits and document resolutions with involved staff.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and coverage; step in during PM absence.
• Maintain OSHA logs and ensure compliance with policy notices.
• Assist in patient flow: minimize wait times and chair time in back office.
