Choice Healthcare Services in Nevada seeks a Lead Dental Assistant to supervise the dental back office team, ensure smooth patient flow, and uphold clinical standards. This role partners with the Practice Manager to train staff, manage schedules, and maintain OSHA/infection control compliance.

The candidate should have dental back office leadership experience, a dental college certification or equivalent, and Spanish language skills are preferred.

Qualificações

• Certification from a dental college OR three to six months related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
• 1+ years of dental back office lead or supervisory experience
• Bilingual in Spanish, preferred

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily back office operations and supervise new and current staff.
• Review patient charts and ensure accurate charting in Open Dental.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and overtime with Practice Manager.
• Enforce office policies, dress code, and infection control standards.
• Maintain patient flow: <=15 min wait, <=1 hour total chair time.
• Train and evaluate interns and new employees; coordinate with instructors.
