Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Current BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers (AHA).
- Infection Control Certificate.
- California Dental Practice Act Certificate.
- California Registered Dental Assistant License.
- Graduate from a California Board approved RDA education program.
- Valid CA driver's license with reliable transportation.
- At least five (5) years’ experience as a RDA in a high-volume practice.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ supervisor or lead experience in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and workflow.
- Availability to work outside of normal shifts and on Saturdays.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and EHR entry.
- Bonus points if bilingual (English/Spanish) or community clinic experience!
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day direct oversight and supervision for back-office staff.
- Lead planning and organizing the daily and monthly functions of the team.
- Ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
- Support customer service and high-quality health care delivery.
