Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Dental Assistant to join West Highland Dental Care in Michigan. New graduates are welcome to apply.

You will greet patients, review health history, take x-rays, and provide chair-side assistance while supporting Dentrix workflow and OSHA/CDC safety standards. Ideal candidates have dental assistant certification (and x-ray certification if required) and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• X-ray certification required or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience with dental procedures and terminology.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and educate patients from the start of their dental journey.
• Review patient health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and other diagnostics (e.g., iTero 3D scanner).
• Provide four-handed chair-side assistance to dentists.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and records.
