Job summary

Smile Brands is hiring a Registered Dental Assistant to support the Castle Dental team in Tullahoma, TN. The role includes assisting the dentist during exams and procedures, taking dental X-rays, and maintaining patient records.

You will sterilize rooms, educate patients on care, and ensure infection control standards are met. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• RDA certification is mandatory.
• Dental radiology certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain before start date.

We’re currently looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to support our Castle Dental team Tullahoma, TN. This is your chance to bring your clinical skills, upbeat energy, and patient-first mindset to a team that supports and celebrates you.

Schedule (days/hours)

Mon, Tue, Wed, & Fri 8am -5pm, Thur 10am - 7pm AND One Sat a month

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures

• Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control standards
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Compensation

$17 - $21/hr
