Job summary

Smile Brands Inc., Goodlettsville, TN, is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support our Castle Dental team. You will assist the dentist during exams and procedures, take X-rays, and help maintain a clean, efficient clinical area.

The ideal candidate is RDA certified, holds Dental Radiology and CPR/BLS, embraces infection-control standards, and communicates clearly with patients to deliver high-quality care every day.

Qualifications

• RDA certification required and current CPR/BLS.
• X-ray certification required and knowledge of dental terminology.
• Good communication and patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring patient comfort.
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed.

We’re currently looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to support our Castle Dental team Goodlettsville, TN. This is your chance to bring your clinical skills, upbeat energy, and patient-first mindset to a team that supports and celebrates you.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm & One Saturday a month 8am - 2pm

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) - required
• Dental Radiology (X-Ray) Certification
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control standards
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Compensation

$18.00 - $22.00/hr
