Job summary

Johnson Family Dental is seeking a dental assistant to join our clinical team in Wisconsin. You will greet patients, prepare treatment rooms, and support the practice across the office as needed.

You will help educate patients on oral hygiene, assist in procedures, and contribute to improving patient smiles daily. The role emphasizes strong communication and adherence to infection control standards in a busy dental setting.

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)

Overview

In this role, you’ll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients. You’ll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.

Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)


• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)


• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards


• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Compensation

$19-$23/hr
