We’re currently looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to support our Castle Dental team Nashville, TN. This is your chance to bring your clinical skills, upbeat energy, and patient‑first mindset to a team that supports and celebrates you.

Schedule (days/hours)

3 days a week: 8am‑5pm

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
• Take and develop dental X‑rays as needed
• Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post‑treatment care, and dental procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – required
• Dental Radiology (X‑Ray) Certification
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control standards
• Strong communication skills and a patient‑first mindset

Compensation

$18 – $20/hr
