Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our clinical team in Southington, CT. You will greet patients, prepare treatment rooms, and support GPs and clinicians throughout the day.

Responsibilities include patient education on oral hygiene, preparing for procedures, and assisting with dental care to improve smiles. The role emphasizes infection control, OSHA/HIPAA compliance, and excellent patient care in a fast-paced office.

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards.
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care.

Overview

In this role, you’ll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients. You’ll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm

• Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Compensation

$21-$26/hour
