Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a dental assistant to support our clinical team in Oshkosh,WI. You will greet patients, prepare rooms, and assist clinicians during procedures while educating patients on oral hygiene. This role requires collaboration with GPs and other specialists to deliver high-quality care.

The position offers a full-time schedule with hours Monday–Tuesday 6:45 AM–5:00 PM and Wednesday–Thursday 6:45 AM–4:00 PM, with comprehensive benefits and a focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Meet state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for duties in the state of employment.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards.
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care.

Overview

In this role, you’ll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients. You’ll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday & Tuesday 645-5, Wednesday & Thursday 645-4

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care
