Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a dental assistant in the Rye, NY area to support the clinical team’s efforts in delivering high-quality patient care. You will greet patients, assist GPs and specialists, and help prepare rooms and materials for procedures.

The role requires state-specific credentialing and CPR/BLS certification, with training on infection control and OSHA/HIPAA standards. Hours are Monday-Wednesday 8am-6pm and Thursday 8am-3pm, with benefits including PTO and health plans.

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Overview

In this role, you’ll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients. You’ll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday-Wednesday 8am-6pm, Thursday 8am-3pm
