Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a dental assistant to support a clinical team, greet patients, and assist across the office. You will prepare rooms, educate patients on oral hygiene, and contribute to improving smiles daily.

The role requires meeting state credentialing requirements (RDA/CDA/EFDA or equivalent) and current CPR/BLS certification, with a focus on infection control and patient care. This is an on-site position in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Job description

Overview

In this role, you’ll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients. You’ll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday - Thursday 645am - 4pm
