Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. in Franklin, TN is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support Castle Dental. You will assist the dentist during exams and procedures, take and develop X-rays, sterilize rooms, educate patients on care, and maintain patient charts.

The role requires an RDA, Dental Radiology certification, CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain), infection-control knowledge, and strong communication with a patient-first mindset. Compensation is hourly with benefits as described.

Qualifications

We’re currently looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to support our Castle Dental team Franklin, TN. Schedule (days/hours)

Mon, Wed, Thurs & Fri: 8am - 5pm | Tue: 9am – 6pm | One Saturday/month: 8am - 1pm

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – required
• Dental Radiology (X-Ray) Certification
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)

Compensation

$19 - $21/hr
